Nope! A raw file is basically a giant file that has zero touch ups done. You will receive only the edited images. Why? Well editing is half the photographer magic! This is where I put my unique style, my brand, and my spin on the images. You are booking with me for not only the experience, but also for my style of images.
Do you ever give out the RAW files?
Uhm DUH! Im based in Spokane, Washington but I will travel anywhere! If you have a specific location in mind, be sure to mention it and I will get you a travel quote. There are specific dream locations/ times I will travel and wave travel fees so don't be afraid to ask!
Do you travel?
Kind of??? Yes and no: I am capturing your memories- you just as you are, so I will not alter how you look. I preach authenticity and honesty so I truly believe it would be a disservice to change you. What I will do is adjust lighting and remove any blemishes. I swear breakouts always happen at the most inconvenient times so I use a two week rule: if it's going to be gone in two weeks, I will remove it. Otherwise, I let your natural beauty shine in your photos.
Do you photoshop us?
Within 48-72 hours I will send over a sneak peak no matter what the session, If it's a lifestyle or senior session your entire gallery will be delivered in no more than 5 weeks. If it's a wedding gallery, your entire gallery will be delivered in no more than 10 weeks.
How long will it take to get my gallery?
FAQs
During the shoot, I use a camera that can shoot on two cards at the same time. This instantly creates a backup of every image in the camera. Afterward, i save the images to two computer hard drives and i keep them on my memory card until i have delivered your gallery.
How do you ensure our images dont get lost?
Absolutely you can! Head over to my contact page, fill out an inquiry form and just let me know in the details if you're wanting to see a full wedding day gallery and i can send you a link to peruse.
Can i see a full day wedding gallery?
As soon as possible! Busy season for photographers is typically May- October, so the sooner you reach out and get on the calendar, the more likely your date will be secured. Especially if you need a weekend date please reach out immediately, those are the days that go the fastest!
How far in advance should i book?
I believe in capturing the day as it is, which means i will shoot and edit in a way that matches how the subject and location feel to me. I want my work to reflect the people i'm capturing in the most authentic way possible. Having a set style is not important. What’s important is that my work displays the people, their connection & whatever location we are at in an honest way.
